Rare Huge 3kg Blue Amber & Clear Murano Sommerso Faceted Vase Retro MID Century
Here we have an absolutely SUPERB, gorgeous Murano Sommerso faceted vase! This really is a spectacular piece, the quality is second to none. This is by far, the best piece of glass I have owned – the photo’s don’t do it justice whatsoever, it really does catch the light superbly which isn’t reflected in these photo’s. The vase is predominantly blue, encased in clear glass with amber sections. It has a fantastic faceted shape and design, it’s top quality and when you see it you’ll see it really does stand out from other pieces. This would date to somewhere around 1960 and the condition is excellent for it’s age with the exception of a chip to the base. This can obviously be displayed so it’s not seen, so in my opinion not particularly detrimental; it displays perfectly. This is absolutely HUGE, I have had these before in various sizes but this is by far the biggest. It measures approximately 11.75 inches tall by 5 inches weighing 3kgs, showing this is a quality piece of glass. I would be asking double the price had it not had the chip to the base so get it while you can at this great price. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Signed vintage Mid Century Laurel floor lamp with floating glass table circa 1960s. Size: Overall 58″H x 16″D (glas table), height to top of socket measures 49H. Item specifics: Excellent all original working condition: Very well taken care of, the nickle finish is still quite nice with only a few small areas of wear. The glass top is void of issues. The original Laurel shade shows a few small stains as shown. Overall a beautiful Laurel lamp in a rarely seen on trend nickle silver finish perfect for any Modern decor. Danish Modern Teak Glass Hanging Pendant Ceiling Light Fixture Lamp mid century
A very elegant Danish design 1950’s-1960’s pendant light or ceiling lamp with a teak frame, teak ceiling cap and a frosted and etched glass lamp shade. The lamp is in a vintage condition with light traces of use and wear consistent with age and use. The glass lamp shade is in a good condition, there are no cracks or chips. There are two tiny blemishes that are shown in pictures. The metalwork has some age and use- related wear. Please see the photos, they are part of the description of this item. It still has it’s original wiring and ceramic and bakelite bulb fitting. I have never installed or tested this lamp. Therefore it is any buyers responsibility to test before using. It has a European style electrical cord and socket. This lamp is set up to be hardwired and not plugged in. Height: 28.5 cm or 11.22 inches. Lamp shade diameter: 23 cm or 9.05 inches.
