It appears at some point someone has hand painted the raised textured portions on the glass and the metallic portions creating a very unique and eye catching look. The paint could be removed fairly easily from the glass if you so desire. One is in working condition, the second needs some replacement parts to get it working properly. Will not shut off with the switch. These feature a three way switch wich allows you to illuminate the top light or the globe itself. Once again these need some attention and a few replacement parts to operate properly and safely. Signature confirmation will be required most likely.
